At Relax & Revive Salon and Spa we strive to give you the best service and experience in the beauty world. During your time in the salon you will feel relaxed and upon leaving you will feel revived. After all everyone needs a little R&R!
It has always been a dream of mine to one day own my own salon. I always knew I loved the beauty industry since I was a little girl. I was always into doing makeovers at sleepover parties and had my own little tikes salon at home. I have held my Advanced Cosmetology license since before I graduated from Sentinel in 2009. I have been certified in relaxation massage since 2014. I take every service seriously and treat all of my clients as family. I want to make sure you are taken care of to the full extent because I believe in giving the best customer service. At the end of the day a haircut is a haircut, but have you enjoyed a haircut with a scalp and neck massage, a luxury style, and a good chat? We are not an “in and out” service provider and will give you our full attention during your time at Relax & Revive.

Katie Romanko
Hello! I am the Owner and Advanced Cosmetologist of Relax & Revive Salon and Spa. I always knew I loved the beauty industry since I was a little girl. I was always into doing makeovers at sleepover parties and had my own little tikes salon at home. I have held my Advanced Cosmetology license since before I graduated from sentinel in 2009. I have been certified in relaxation massage since 2014. In the salon I take care of hair, skin, nail, massage services. I take every service seriously and treat all of my clients as family. I want to make sure you are taken care of to the full extent because I believe in giving the best customer service. Ever since I was a little girl I knew I loved the beauty industry. I have held my advanced cosmetology license since before I graduated from Sentinel in 2009 and have been certified in relaxation massage since 2014. My first job was in a small salon located in Carey, from there I went to Smart Style for almost 2 years before working for a luxury salon and spa in Columbus, OH where I worked for 1 year and managed for 2 years. After getting engaged to my now husband, Andrew Romanko we decided to move back to our hometown (Sycamore). Upon moving back I started working at Designer's Unlimited for 6 years before the salon closed and I decided to start my own salon and spa! I have been working by myself running Relax and Revive since 2019 and am ready to expand and make my dreams come true.

Hello! I have been in this industry doing hair for 11 years. I am currently specializing in men's, women's, and children's cuts, many different techniques in color, and facial waxing. I have also added Gel Manicures and Pedicures to my list of services and will soon be adding facials and body waxing as well! My favorite thing about the beauty industry is how much creativity it allows me to express in my work and making people feel good. The thing that sets me apart from other stylists is I truly understand face shapes and hair types to create a look that compliments clients features. I also offer recommendations to create a style that matches each person's unique style.

Hello I'm Mariah! I have been in the beauty industry for 5 years and I truly believe this is more than a career, it's a passion. How awesome is it that I get to make people feel beautiful and fall back in love with themselves! My favorite thing about the beauty industry is that it's always growing and changing. There's always new techniques and trends with endless opportunities of creativity, education, inspiration, and art. I am currently offering all hair services, nail services, massage, facials, waxing, and lash lifts.

Hello. My name is Abby and I have a passion for making people look and feel better about themselves. I graduated from Tiffin Columbian as well as Sentinel Career and Technology Center. I have been licensed as an advanced cosmetologist since 2010 and have been actively working in the beauty industry for 10 years. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about new techniques and products. Making people laugh, smile, and have fun is one of my biggest characteristics. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as they are a huge part of my life and my success in my career. Most of all, I am thankful and blessed for everyone who has encouraged and supported me and my career along the way. I look forward to taking care of any and all of your beauty needs!
Lauren "Pepper" Schulte
Lauren hails from the Rocky Mountain city of Denver. She has been an esthetician for 8 years and specializes in customizable facials. Her skills also include make-up artistry and body treatments such as conditioning body wraps and back facials. Book with her for all your skincare needs.

My name is Kahla and I am a graduate from the Tiffin Academy of Hair and Design. I have been an advanced licensed cosmetologist for a little over a year now, I do all hair and nail services and specialize in color!

Hi, my name is Amber Conrad and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015. I graduated Owens Community College with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy. I have worked most of my massage career in a chiropractor's office doing deep tissue and myofascial work and am looking forward to working in a spa setting and adding some relaxation and hot stone massages. When I am not doing massages, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am looking forward to working with and meeting new people.

Hello everyone, my name is Heidi! I am a graduate of Seneca East High School as well as Sentinel Career and Technology Center. I got my cosmetology license at the begging of 2022. I currently offer manicure and pedicure services, but hope to add more to my book in the future!

Hello, my name is Marisa! I graduated from Old Fort High School and Sentinel Career and Technology Center in 2022. I earned my Cosmetology License in 2021. While attending Sentinel, I finished their program a year early! With doing this it made me able to achieve my Advanced Cosmetologist license, and work in a salon my senior year! I currently offer hair services, as well as manicures and pedicures! I have a passion for helping others feel confident about themselves!
