At Relax & Revive Salon and Spa we strive to give you the best service and experience in the beauty world. During your time in the salon you will feel relaxed and upon leaving you will feel revived. After all everyone needs a little R&R!
It has always been a dream of mine to one day own my own salon. I always knew I loved the beauty industry since I was a little girl. I was always into doing makeovers at sleepover parties and had my own little tikes salon at home. I have held my Advanced Cosmetology license since before I graduated from Sentinel in 2009. I have been certified in relaxation massage since 2014. I take every service seriously and treat all of my clients as family. I want to make sure you are taken care of to the full extent because I believe in giving the best customer service. At the end of the day a haircut is a haircut, but have you enjoyed a haircut with a scalp and neck massage, a luxury style, and a good chat? We are not an “in and out” service provider and will give you our full attention during your time at Relax & Revive.

Katie Romanko
Hello! I am the Owner and Advanced Cosmetologist of Relax & Revive Salon and Spa. I always knew I loved the beauty industry since I was a little girl. I was always into doing makeovers at sleepover parties and had my own little tikes salon at home. I have held my Advanced Cosmetology license since before I graduated from sentinel in 2009. I have been certified in relaxation massage since 2014. In the salon I take care of hair, skin, nail, massage services. I take every service seriously and treat all of my clients as family. I want to make sure you are taken care of to the full extent because I believe in giving the best customer service. Ever since I was a little girl I knew I loved the beauty industry. I have held my advanced cosmetology license since before I graduated from Sentinel in 2009 and have been certified in relaxation massage since 2014. My first job was in a small salon located in Carey, from there I went to Smart Style for almost 2 years before working for a luxury salon and spa in Columbus, OH where I worked for 1 year and managed for 2 years. After getting engaged to my now husband, Andrew Romanko we decided to move back to our hometown (Sycamore). Upon moving back I started working at Designer's Unlimited for 6 years before the salon closed and I decided to start my own salon and spa! I have been working by myself running Relax and Revive since 2019 and am ready to expand and make my dreams come true.
Kirstie Zoeller
With 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, I specialize in women's haircuts, various coloring techniques, and facial waxing. I also provide gel manicures and pedicures, Gel-X sets, and skincare services. My passion for creativity drives my work, allowing me to enhance my clients' confidence and well-being. What sets me apart is my deep understanding of face shapes and hair types, enabling me to craft looks that complement each client's features. I take pride in offering personalized recommendations that align with each individual's unique style.
Lauren "Pepper" Schulte
Hello, I’m Pepper, a licensed esthetician and makeup artist. I have been with the industry for over 10 years, have worked in several states, and still have a great passion for what I do. I enjoy educating my guests on the best skincare methods and products for them as well as customizing their facial services to fit their needs. I also offer makeup applications for any event (such as prom, date night, or bridal), makeup lessons, as well as facial and body waxing.

I am Ayesha, and I have dedicated the past three years to the beauty industry, where my passion lies in enhancing my clients' natural beauty and uplifting their spirits. My expertise includes natural nails, manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. In my free time, I cherish moments spent with family and friends, and I have a strong passion for travel and exploring new sights. Hello! My name is Jaden Mercurio, I graduated from Douglas j Aveda in 2022 as a licensed cosmetologist! I moved to Tiffin in January 2024 from Michigan. I love working here at R&R I currently offer all hair and natural nail services!! I love meeting new people and making there beauty needs come to life! I absolutely love this industry as this is what I've always felt I was meant to do. There is nothing better than making someone smile when you turn that chair around! When I'm not in the salon I am usually trying to keep up with my two crazy pups and spending time with my fiancé and family! I hope to see you in my chair soon and can't wait to get to know you!

Outside of the salon I love spending time with my husband and our kids I'm a tattoo enthusiast and read as much as I can I have been certified in massage since 2021 and it is one of my favorite services to provide so I can help people relax as much as possible.
